Algonquin 3


Hemlock Bluff trail, met a group from the USA


they were in the "funeral business"
and joked that we needed a picture for our board


love the sound of the Loon


we had our favourite Ice Cream


we spent quite a bit of time at the beach
we had lots of trees at the camp site so it was kind of dark there




Finally on our last night we saw a Moose


Enjoying the last morning


would have been an excellent time for a canoe ride

Algonquin 2


we went with the water taxi

went past the Cormorant island


to Hailstorm Creek 


a place where a lot of Moose dwell




but we only saw a few Blue Herron


overnight we had rain


due to a large family, they contributed about 20 people,
we still had a decent turnout for church


started at the theater for a canoe ride past Pog to Whitefish 


glad to skip 2 Rivers, there were quite a few waves

We had RAIN

So thankful

even the raspberries look better


35 mm in the last 3 days


The beets have recovered a bit


the soil looks moist


and there are lots of tomatoes to preserve
